Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Rights

It is the right of My Trip Of India to change the cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.

Timings & Delays

The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. Buses may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams, breakdowns, etc. However, the bus will not leave the source before the mentioned time on the ticket.

Boarding Requirements

Passengers are requested to arrive at the boarding/pickup point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time of departure.

Single seat cancellation is not allowed. The entire booking can only be cancelled.

In Case of Cancellation

In case the bus gets cancelled, the responsibility of service lies with the operator. We hold no responsibility for making any alternate arrangements for the bus.

If the coach is cancelled due to any unavoidable circumstances, the fare shall be refundable.

Lost Property

The management is not responsible for any loss or damage to your valuable items or cash left behind in the bus.

Alternate Arrangements

In case of cancellation, if any alternate arrangements are made by the operator, then no amount shall be refunded.

Boarding Documentation

Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus. Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus:
